- How long does shipping take?
A: Orders placed before 5PM CST, typically ship same day (Mon - Fri). Delivery times can
vary depending on the service that you select and the destination. Generally, our standard
free shipping option can take 7-10 business days However, please be advised, as stated by
the shipping carriers, these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the

- Please be aware that there may be delays due to the current COVID-19 crisis.

No, BGI smartstores ships to US and CANADA only. We apologize for any inconvenience. Our team is working on worldwide shipping soon.
